I would imagine cleaner wrasse are the same, except they will starve if there aren't enough fish in the tank to feed them with dead cells and parasites. The answer to your question is very little to none.

WebMar 11, 2006 · In my case, the ich went away after about 3 weeks, I fed heavily, left the tank alone as much as possible to avoid stress, and added 2 small 1 inch skunk cleaner shrimp. IMO, the small shrimp are what did it, as about 3 days after putting them in the tank the ich was gone for good.
