CCBHCs must also provide routine outpatient care within 10 business days after an initial contact to prevent people from languishing on waiting lists, as well as care that is high quality and that, whenever possible, is evidence based. WebCCBHCs are required to provide a set of nine comprehensive services, either directly by the CCBHC or through designated collaborating organizations (DCOs): Crisis mental health services, including 24-hour mobile crisis teams, emergency crisis intervention services, and crisis stabilization.
