WebOct 24, 2016 · If you want to automate it in DataStage and still keep all the data transfer in Oracle (for best performance): 1) Create a quick stored procedure that will handle it in Oracle and then 2) Use a stored Procedure stage in DataStage to kick it off when you need it. I had issues in the past as well, and recall that I got it working by testing it out by FTP'ing a local file on the same machine. Could you try that, copying the file from the remote location to your local server and testing the PX ftp stage by accessing that local copy?
