You would have to actually go into the ENB settings and find the setting for this and adjust it (I cannot help with that) Best Fallout 4 ENB imo, looks clean and cinematic at the same time. Not sure why it's so underrated.

My game does run fine with it, but it makes walking around, and snipering, a colossal pain in the ass. Vivid weathers has an option to limit, or even disable fog.
