What does to review status mean? When the status of your manuscript changes to under review, this means that it has passed the initial editorial checks. WebIt could mean that you are right on the cusp of an R&R and the editor wants another opinion. It could also mean that one of the reviews they got was a one liner and they are decent enough to not send it to you and are looking for a replacement. (Looking at you SF - the journal of one line reviews!) Bottom line: chill out. It's out of your hands.
